Reservations are currently being accepted from S.C.
PCUSA members for the 2010 season. There is usually space
available for getaways year round ...just call 828-669-7460 or
e-mail chuck@schomemontreat.org.
Non-SC PCUSA Youth
groups can make Youth Conference reservations
starting on Jan. 15th. We welcome non SC member groups.

Please
call for winter availability. Hiking is great this time of year!

The
William Brearley Home can be heated and made available for group use
during the winter. College Conference, Ski Weekends, Etc.

The
Kirk Apartments w/kitchenettes are heated and open year round!

The
Common areas in the home can be made available for groups needing
meeting or gathering space in the winter. Kitchen use for catering
needs also optional.

Reservations are accepted at any
time for Winter-Off Season Stays (December -
March).

The availability table below shows dates and rooms or apartments that are currently booked for the
whole year. Rooms and apts. still available
for the conference season are shown in orange. There
are a total of 16 guest rooms in the house, the Suite - our luxury
accommodation in the house, and 8 of the Kirk Apartment Units.
It is preferable that weekend reservations be based on a two night
minimum (Friday & Saturday nights). If the dates you want are not
shown as booked, or partially booked, they could be available! Please
e-mail or call to check specific dates and availability, and to make
reservations.
